Title: Administrative Assistant (Sales & Events)

Location: Westbury, New York

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Duration: Long-Term

Hours: 30-40/week

Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administration support and lead onsite Event and Sales activities. This assignment will be for a few months and the client is willing to move ASAP!


Assist sales and office during peak wedding booking season.

Answer client phone calls, email and filing of information.

Meet with clients during the sales process and provide tours of the mansion to prospective clients looking to book their event at the mansion.


2-3 years of experience in Hospitality, catering or weddings.

Must feel comfortable with client facing position.

Excellent writing and communication skills.
