FT: cook/Baker, Olean Line Cook/Baker, Olean General Hospital Full-time Days Summary: Line cook effectively and in a safe, sanitary manner, season and cooks/bakes and serves food for patients, employees and visitors according to regulation agencies including NY State Sanitary Code. Line cook prepares cooks and seasons food for therapeutic diets in accordance with the hospital approved diet manual. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. One year of quantity food production training and four years of experience in hospital food service or two years of quantity cooking and two years of hospital food service experience.
