Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

<li>Set-up die cutting machinery according to job specifications and work orders.

<li> Evaluate and prepare dies prior to production run.

<li> Install dies, adjust machine settings, and align components for different product runs.

<li> Perform changeovers and necessary adjustments.

<li> Operate, monitor and control machine during production to adhere to quality standards, production schedules, and safety protocols.

<li> Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines, including lubricating parts, replacing worn components, and performing minor repairs as needed.

<li> Troubleshoot machinery issues, such as jams, misfeeds, or malfunctions, and take corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain optimal machine performance.

<li> Collaborate with the production team to optimize machine settings, minimize waste, and improve production efficiency.

<li> Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards.

<li> Accurately record production data, including machine performance, downtime, and materials usage.

<li> Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.<p>

Qualifications & Requirements

<li> High school diploma or equivalent.

<li> 2+ years working with machines, ideally in a manufacturing setting.

<li> Previous experience in printing or die cutting, or experience with machine change overs preferred but not necessary.

<li> Excellent attention to detail and comprehension of Quality specifications.

<li> Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues quickly.

<li> Strong verbal communication skills

<li> Ability to work effectively within a eam environment.

<li> Must be able to lift 50lbs.

<li> Able to stand for duration of shift.
