General Scope of Responsibilities:

Catholic Charities of Delaware, Otsego, and Schoharie Counties is in search of a Program Director to oversee the agency’s housing programs and two warming stations. The position will split time between the Cobleskill and Oneonta offices, overseeing programs in Otsego and Schoharie County. The Program Director will be expected to assist with the preparation of applications for funding, provide program oversite and management, hire, train, and supervise staff, attend meetings related to housing programs, insure compliance with the contract requirements and regulations for each contract, represent the agency and programs within the community, attend agency events and meetings, and keep the Executive Director informed of program operations, issues, and opportunities. The Program Director must be able to work a flexible schedule to allow for reacting to issues that arise within the programs outside of regular work hours, particularly during the warming station season from October through April. The position is salaried at $51,480 and is benefit eligible. Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field, experience related to homeless assistance, a minimum of three years of supervisory experience and experience related to contract management is required. Please respond by submitting resume and letter of interest August 29th.
