POSITION: Summer Enrichment Clerical (PT) – Bay Shore
ASSIGNMENT: July 8, 2024 – August 16, 2024
LOCATION: Gardiner Manor Elementary School
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports the Summer Enrichment Director and Lead Teacher with all requests throughout the program
Works closely with District Office Administration, ESBOCES Administration, and clerical staff
Job responsibilities include: answering phones, assisting with Summer Enrichment parent inquiries, registration paperwork, contacting parents, serves as a liaison between ESBOCES Summer Enrichment Program staff and Bay Shore School District
May attend field trips

Orientation : July 2, 2024
Program: July 8, 2024 – August 16, 2024
Hours: Approximately 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
THESE POSITIONS ARE DEPENDENT UPON STUDENT ENROLLMENT AND DISTRICT COMMITMENT FOR SUMMER SERVICES
START DATE: As detailed above
SALARY RANGE: $21.50/hour
