The Heartland POS Product Delivery team is looking for a summer intern who can participate in research and/or projects with the goal of tracking and driving improvements to processes surrounding how Heartland POS products are delivered to market.

Responsibilities may include:

Researching product and/or integration related data, via web searches, surveys, product evaluations.

Working with internal teams or external stakeholders to gather feedback on delivery processes.

Participating in identifying and quantifying product/process metrics.

Bring creative ideas and solutions to group discussions and planning.

Create and present accurate and visually clear documentation related to your project and/or research.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Must have proficiency with G-Suite tools.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
