We are seeking an entrepreneurial and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Manager for an outside sales position. This position will market our credit card processing services, value-added programs, and payment technology solutions to small, medium and large businesses in the Rochester, New York and surrounding area. As an Account Manager with our Commercial Capital Partners team, you will manage a combination of self-generated leads and company-generated leads. The role is a blend of client-facing and virtual meetings with business owners and/or decision makers.
Prospecting for new customers and following up on internally generated leads for new business
Educating business owners on the payment processing industry
Presenting dynamic sales presentations for customers including value proposition
Closing sales of our Credit-card processing services, programs, and payment technology solutions within a fast-paced sales cycle (8-10 sales per month)
Maintaining open communications with the team Sales Manager
Seeking creative methods for lead generation such as networking groups, industry affiliations, available software tools, professional social media
Other account management-related duties as they arise
A minimum of one year of sales experience; inside sales experience will be considered
Proven “hunter” sales skills
Experience with presenting to customers either in person and/or virtually using Microsoft Teams or Zoom
Experience working with small to large business owners and decision makers
Valid driver's license
Hours of Operation
Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Our summer hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to noon on Friday.
