Bonadio Group, The ERP Implementation Manager, Accounting Systems in Pittsford, New York
We are seeking an experienced Accounting System ERP Implementation Manager for our Outsourced Accounting and Finance Team to lead the implementation and integration of our accounting system using Sage Intacct and Quickbooks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, as well as experience with ERP implementation in small to medium-sized companies.
Lead the implementation and migration of Sage Intacct and Quickbooks as our primary accounting systems
Manage the project from inception to completion, including developing the implementation plan, setting timelines, and coordinating with stakeholders
Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of the accounting system with other company systems
Develop and execute a comprehensive training plan for end-users to ensure they are proficient with the new system
Identify areas for improvement in our financial processes and make recommendations for changes
Required:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree
A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and finance
A minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP implementation with Sage Intacct and Quickbooks
Hours of Operation:
Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
Our summer hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Friday
We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however the ability to work additional hours will be needed at peak times
