Senior Accountant, Outsource Accounting and FinanceJob Locations US-NY-PittsfordID2022-2816# of Openings3CategoryAccounting/FinanceOverviewWe are currently seeking a Senior Accountant to work with our Outsource Accounting and Finance team. This position will provide services to multiple clients in a variety of industries. This is a non-traditional accounting position and does not require additional hours during busy season and offers a tremendous work life balance!Responsibilities- Analyzing general ledger process, identifying, and resolving discrepancies- Preparation of complex Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other management reports- Assist with establishing and maintaining standardized accounting procedures and processes- Produce all relevant financial statement reports on monthly and annual basis- Perform general accounting duties as needed, such as accounts payable functions, account reconciliations, and work paper preparation- Assist with onboarding new clients- Provide training for new clients and staff in the use of shared software applicationsQualificationsRequired:- A minimum bachelor's degree in accounting or related discipline- A minimum of three years of related experience- Project management experience with accounting-based projects, and ability to deliver on-time outcomes- Self-starter approach to work with experience handling and managing multiple priorities- Unrelenting commitment to client satisfaction- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred:- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills- NFP (Not For Profit) experience is a plusHours of Operation- Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday- Our summer hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.mAt The Bonadio Group, we believe that an inclusive work environment allows all of our people to achieve their greatest potential and the greatest results for our clients and communities.
