Bonadio Group, The Website Marketing Manager in Pittsford, New York

This role is responsible for the performance, maintenance, and continued growth of The Bonadio Group’s multiple website properties. The ideal candidate must be an experienced, hands-on B2B website manager who can hit the ground running.

This person will work with the Director of Digital Marketing to implement short-term and long-term website initiatives. They will be responsible for managing and implementing all website content, SEO, web-based marketing initiatives, and related reporting. We would consider remote candidates for this position.

  • Management of multiple branded website and enhancement

  • Ensuring websites are lead generators, drive organic traffic, deliver our brand image, and provide a superior user experience

  • Developing and executing a roadmap for ongoing website improvements by keeping up to date with industry best practices, monitoring competitor sites, analyzing user experience, and aligning with our business strategies

  • Conducting routine content audits to ensure the communication across our websites is consistent and cohesive with our brand, and accurately depicts our current services

  • Identifying and closing gaps in current website content to help increase customer engagement and drive traffic to our websites

  • Monitoring Google Analytics to uncover key insights to help inform future digital strategies

  • Assess and prepare web analytic reports to site owners and provide top-line reporting on site performance

  • Intake and prioritization of business requests for new or revised web content. Work directly with internal and external teams for updates, changes, and enhancements

  • Must be able to proactively make recommendations, communicate status, identify risks, and work with stakeholders on deadlines and scope of work

  • Ability to troubleshoot technical problems logically and systematically

  • Planning and implementing a robust SEO strategy that includes keyword research, local SEO, and on-page optimization to identify gaps in current content and increase customer engagement and drive traffic to all websites

  • Assist with other projects as needed

  • 3+ years B2B or B2C digital marketing experience with a focus on web

  • 3+ years website management experience

  • 2+ years experience with CMS

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, UX/UI Javascript, C++/C# and website best practices

  • Understanding of SEO and how its impacted by development

  • Experienced in measuring website performance and identifying trends and opportunities for optimizations

  • Strong Google Analytics, conversion tracking and reporting skills

  • Ability to work with remote teams

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or other applicable areas of study

  • Strong communication (written and verbal), project management and organizational skills

  • Experience partnering with website designers and developers

  • Comfortable communicating with all levels of an organization

  • Strong technical marketing mindset and toolkit

  • Customer-centric and strategic thinker

Desired Experience:

  • CRAFT CMS experience preferred

  • Experience with or strong knowledge of financial and/or professional services

  • Ability to proactively identify site needs, improve stability, and enhance performance including site speed, general code health, and maintenance

Hours of Operation

  • Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • Our summer hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to noon on Friday.
