Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce parts or components according to programmed instructions, blueprints monitoring machine operation and making adjustments as needed.

• Ability to troubleshoot CNC machine or identify when a machine or run isn't operating properly

• Implement corrective action and resolving machine problems

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Some quality inspection experience is preferred (Micrometers, calipers, depth gauges)

• Routine maintenance including cleaning, lubricating and inspecting CNC machine itself

• Be able to focus and work in a fast paced environment

• Communication skills ability to be trainable and coachable must be able to take direction

• Some programming ability would be preferred but not mandatory for this position
