OBJECTIVE:

We have an opening for an E-Commerce Site Administrator based in our Pleasantville, NY office.

OBJECTIVE:

The E-Commerce Site Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the ZWILLING E-Commerce platform and executing all aspects of the business. This will include management of site assets and content slots, content strategy and development, and operations management. The E-Commerce Site Administrator will also responsible for developing a best-in-class industry, competitive landscape, and use of market trend knowledge to pursue revenue growth opportunities.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The E-Commerce Site Administrator will report to the E-Commerce Manager and will be responsible to:

  • Handle day-to-day site operations including item setup, product categorization, site merchandising, product photography assistance, site content optimization and search engine optimization

  • Manage and review merchandise presentation on site to ensure the categorization, imagery, copy, pricing and promotional tags are accurate and meet brand guidelines

  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Culinary Relations, Digital Marketing, Customer Service and outside agencies and suppliers

  • Manage all E-Commerce based communications such as company brand pages and online stores

  • Work with the CRM to convey email communication and marketing

  • Utilize Product Content Manager (PCM) to build on-line category and product groupings as directed by E-Commerce management

  • Prepare weekly and daily reporting for E-Commerce management team to aid in accurate seasonal plans and strategy creation

  • Analyze reports and provide recommendations for on-line merchandise and pricing strategies

  • Review competitor websites to ensure industry alignment with categorization, promotions, and trends

Additional responsibilities include:

Project Management:

  • Work with the E-Commerce Manager to maintain the framework and timelines for a web based communication plan targeted at creating a web based community

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Communications Manager to establish production schedules for Customer Relationship Management projects

  • Implement and develop best-in-class solutions to grow the e-commerce platform, increase site visits, user interaction, clicks, and conversions

Production:

  • Work with the Marketing Team to prepare layouts for web based communication

  • Make use of existing content slots across the E-Commerce platform to promote sales, launch new products and give exposure to designated products

  • Work with E-Commerce Manager to assess and decide on in-house vs. outside capabilities and costs to complete project

Operational & Administration:

  • Update all information on company brand pages and online store

  • Maintain and improve online store administrative and backend systems

  • Analyze website and online store statistics such as tracking click-thru data, trafficking and sales results

  • Create and update necessary manuals and user guidelines for all web based applications including Online Store and Shared Database

  • Explore and identify appropriate supplier ?pool? for scope of work; maintain vendor relationships

  • Work with customer service and consumer relations to implement procedures to streamline order processing and customer satisfaction

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor?s degree with a minimum of 2 years? experience in web and graphic design with a consumer products company or agency.

  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office, PhotoShop, Illustrator

  • Experience with Dreamweaver, HTML, XHTML, CSS, RTML and Javascript preferred

  • Prior experience with E-Commerce design, with a proper understanding of discipline to adhere to the brand?s visual identity

  • Ability to multi-task to meet the creative practical needs and demands of a diverse range of tasks and projects

  • Passionate, high-energy, flexible, resourceful, self-starter, and multi-tasker

  • Work well in a fast-paced environment to contribute to building a best-in-class culture of customer responsiveness, constant improvement and teamwork
