Clarkson University Assistant Women's Hockey Coach in Potsdam, New York

Overview<br> Assist the Head Coach in all aspects of the program within the parameters designated by the university, applicable conferences and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA)

<br> Responsibilities<br> Recruit high quality student athletes through<br> Scouting, Evaluation and contact logs<br> Phone calls and logs<br> Electronic and Social Media<br> Manage recruiting database<br> Coordinate campus visits<br> Game day duties<br> Practice plan Development<br> Individual and small group development<br> Video analysis/breakdown<br> Provide assistance with team academic support system<br> Manage community service efforts<br> Assist with admission process and freshman orientation<br> NCAA initial eligibility<br> Assist in Summer Hockey School at Clarkson University<br> Other duties as assigned<br> Performance of the above duties require you to be at work.<br> Qualifications<br> Minimal Qualifications:<br> Bachelors Degree<br> NCAA hockey experience<br> Well-developed communication skills<br> Ability to work accurately under pressure<br> Discretion and Integrity, possess excellent leadership skills<br> Appreciation and willingness to work effectively with students<br> Excellent rapport with faculty and staff<br>

<br> Preferred Qualifications:<br> Masters degree<br> Playing experience at the college or professional level<br>

Division I hockey experience <br> Knowledge of NCAA Division I rules and regulations<br> Demonstrated interpersonal skills to enhance interaction with athletes, peers, alumni, administration and the community<br>
