Picture yourself here: When you join PPGNY as an HRIS Manager you will play the role of a key member of the HR team and will work to streamline current HR process and develop new efficiencies and systems.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for entering data into ADP including new hires, status changes, salary changes, and benefits information.

  • Provide counsel to managers and employees on payroll or HRIS issues and concerns and partners with the Finance department to correct. Responsible for knowledge of PPGNY policies and procedures. Effectively communicates HR practices and policies to managers and employees, in an accurate and consistent manner.

  • Manage the administration of PPGNY’s performance review process within ADP.

  • Creates and generates monthly, quarterly and Ad-hoc reports. Troubleshoot employee Self-Service Portal issues. Review, correct and approve ACA data prior to the release and distribution of forms 1094-C to the IRS and 1095-C to employee

  • Liaise with ADP support as needed including Coordinates with Finance team to prepare biweekly payroll,

  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding payroll matters

  • Support PPGNY Workday transition

  • Manage HRIS systems including testing and implementation of upgrades, system/process documentation, programing custom functions (e.g., automated queries, filters, macros, and reports), and user training/support.

You have:

  • 3-5 years experience owning the HRIS systems as an admin

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Proficiency in ADP

  • Ability to report out of systems

All positions at PPGNY require:

Proof of immunization or immunity to certain communicable diseases (including influenza during the flu season) and testing for tuberculosis. These certifications are required by the NYC DOHMH Health Code, NYSDOH and OSHA.
