Position Information:

Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Solution Design, the International Program Manager/Analyst will be responsible for a variety of operational projects and tasks to support the Hospital and Health Systems division sell and deliver solutions to International customers. The ideal candidate will be well organized, personable, open to learning, collaborate well with others and have a positive attitude. They will be a problem solver who can consistently persevere to “find a way” to solve issues that may not have obvious answers. They will have a good understanding of the challenges of doing business internationally especially in new markets. They can communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to both business and technical audiences, preferably in multiple languages with proficiency in English.

Additional Details About the Role:

Work with the Sales, Solution Architect, Product, and Solution Delivery teams to support the International customer life cycle including:

  • Gathering and coordinating information from subject matter experts (Teladoc Privacy Office, Legal and Compliance, InfoSec, IT/Eng) to facilitate responses to international security and privacy reviews

  • Participates in formal international tenders and RFPs/RFIs to gather information and provide responses in the areas of solution design and privacy/security

  • Reviews solution design and scope to align with pricing proposals

  • Supports Solution Architects with solution design documentation for commercial operations

  • Supports Solution Delivery in hand-offs and implementation

  • Strong project management skills including the ability to coordinate and facilitate teams, develop project plans, track and follow up on deliverables, and assess and manage project/product risks to solve process gaps, integrate with other Teladoc divisions, etc.

  • Works with Product/Product Management teams to gather and analyze voice of customer, participate in quarterly planning, and create and track enhancement requests as backlog items in an Agile framework

  • Research and analyze complex international issues related to data privacy, security and regulatory compliance within the countries where HHS plans to or does business

  • Participate in teams to ensure the unique needs of International are represented

  • Be comfortable presenting confidently in front of internal and external audiences

  • Technical ability to setup and demonstrate products and solutions and complete some technical tasks such as software administration and minor configuration/coding changes

  • Ability to work effectively with a geographically diverse team in various time zones and across all functional departments and teams.

  • Self-starter capable of working independently and organizing workflow to meet changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Excel experience required, exposure to pivot tables, and spreadsheet analysis preferred.

  • Experience with Visio, MS Project or other similar planning and workflow tools

  • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) products, SQL, JSON, and Confluence/Jira preferred.

  • Experience in healthcare; telehealth or digital health, preferred.

  • Proven working experience as a program and/or project manager preferred.

  • Experience with quality and regulatory concepts, security and data privacy

  • 5-7 Years minimum experience working in a business or healthcare environment with a minimum of 2 years working in an International capacity

  • Project Management Certification (preferred)

  • Bilingual or multilingual with proficiency in English preferred

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, graduate degree preferred
