USTA Player Operations-Practice Court Manager in Queens, New York

TheSeaonal Practice Court Manager will manage the operations of the US Open practice court desk.
Mange and build courts sheets working within the practice court booking software
Collaborate with Director, Pro tennis Operations and Player Relations and Seniors, Manger, Pro Tennis Ops on practice policies
Oversee and train practice court staff in practice booking policies and use of booking software
Organize stadium court practice schedule
Participate in planning calls leading up to the US Open
Manage the hitters program.
Punctual and presentable shift attendance, neatly groomed in a clean, well-maintained uniform
Must maintain a positive demeanor
Must have prior experience managing a team
Excellent communication skills
Available to work for the full duration of the US Open tournament and be available days, nights, weekends and extended hours
Must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
Bilingual (preferred)
This position is exempt
Salary $5,500.00
