USTA (seasonal) US Open Beverage Supervisor in Queens, New York

We are seeking Beverage Supervisors to play an essential role in the US Open experience. In this role, you will supervise a team and ensure inventory levels are accurate and correlate with inventory.
The Role
Supervise a beverage team of up to 10 employees
Ensure all beverage deliveries are unloaded safely and efficiently
Lead teams to deliver beverage products and equipment timely throughout the NTC
Track and record daily inventory levels using inventory management software
Place and record orders with vendors via phone/email
Keep all storage and inventory areas clean at all times
Create and manage a detailed spreadsheet consisting of all products ordered
All other duties as assigned
Who You Are
Basic proficiency in computers and ability to learn the inventory management software
Ability to lift 50lbs
- Punctual and presentable shift attendance, neatly groomed in clean, well-maintained uniform
Must maintain a positive demeanor
2 years of prior supervisory experience
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Available to work for the full duration of the US Open tournament and be available days, nights, and extended hours
Must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
Valid Driver's License and Forklift Operator experience strongly preferred
This position is non-exempt
Salary: $19 per hour; overtime eligible
$35 daily meal allowance during tournament (via credential)
