  • Focus on Client Partner Management, Agency Development, and Team Management

  • Organize, create, and participate in the execution of organic social, paid social media campaigns across social platforms, programmatic, and promotional campaigns

  • Analyze & optimize metrics from influencer content campaigns and social media ad activations

  • Actively pursue new business development, identify emerging opportunities, develop potential core services for the agency, create new business proposals and budgets, and ultimately win new accounts

  • Collaborate with our traditional PR department to provide holistic integrated media counsel

  • Minimum 7+ years of digital experience and 4-5+ years of management experience. Some agency experience preferred

  • Ability to lead a team across digital strategy from concept, content, and creative development to executions and campaign analysis

  • Advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager/Business Manager, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, and baseline knowledge of display/programmatic, mobile, video, e-newsletters, blogs, and websites

  • Located in NY and open to a hybrid work model
