The Job

As a Design Management Intern for HBO Max, you will help drive the operational success for the visual execution of WarnerMedia’s new streaming service as well as the production and execution of marketing campaigns promoting it. You will work closely with the project managers to ensure the design and delivery of artwork assets representing movies, series, and franchises from WarnerMedia brands. You will help define system workflows and manage knowledge sharing across a variety of stakeholder groups, including Design, Product Development, Product Management, and Marketing. You will be part of a growing team who will innovate approaches to artwork quality, delivery tools, and vendor use to develop scalable solutions.

The Daily

  • Work closely with the project managers on digital HBO Max campaigns to craft high quality, compelling marketing materials in a variety landing pages, web banners, emails, print, social media and mobile using various customer communication touchpoints, including motion, animation and video.

  • Responsible for ensuring all design requests have needed assets to execute appropriately.

  • Stay up to date on all projects within Monday.com and update tickets accordingly as needed.

  • Passion for organization and efficiency in order to get projects kick-off and in progress.

The Essentials

  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated from media or marketing background

  • An excitement for operations and a thirst to do more with less, to work smarter not harder.

  • Strong sense of digital marketing landscape

  • An energetic, positive and roll up your sleeve attitude

  • A love of television and social media, as well as a passion for staying on top of industry trends.

  • The ability to synthesize a lot of information to distill root cause and make informed decisions to mitigate risk.

  • Familiarity with project management software, Monday.com a plus

Internship Program

  • Students must be currently enrolled in a college degree program for the full duration of the internship

  • Summer 2022 program dates are June 6th - August 12th (optional time frames are available for students in a university quarter system); must be available for full program duration

  • Full-time schedule (40 hours/week) required

  • Company-issued computer provided for the duration of the internship program.
