Position Summary:

The Technical Analyst – Supply Chain Systems is a key partner in maintaining and evolving corporate applications at EILEEN FISHER. This role will support Supply Chain applications for the best user experience and maximum productivity. This role will help align applications to the needs of the evolving business. This includes application updates, enhancements, QA, integrations, reporting and analytics.

The role will collaborate with Business Users, Business Analysts, Technical Analysts, and the Solutions Architect to design and implement solutions. The role will help design and build reporting and analytics to help drive business decisions.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • In partnership with Business Analysts and IT partners, guide the effective management of ERP, WMS, Dynamics, and other Supply Chain systems in a manner consistent with company’s policies and vision.

  • Actively support teams to continuously evaluate and improve processes and systems across design and supply chain systems

  • On an on-going basis, help trouble shoot system issues and related correction efforts as needed

  • Partner with vendors to maintain and effectively implement on-going system updates and releases

  • Lead the development and maintenance of system documentation in coordination with the IT team, including the development of user guides, training materials.

  • Lead the training of end users, as needed.

  • Initiate and support the development of efficient operational policies and procedures

Required SkillsRequired Experience


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or relevant field of work or equivalent work experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years experience managing an ERP System (BlueCherry ERP preferred)

  • Knowledge/understanding of financial systems, experience with MS Dynamics SL or MS Dynamics 365 accounting system is a plus.

  • Understanding of EDI systems, processes and document types.

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, experience with Manhattan Scale WMS is a plus.

  • Hands-on experience with data tools: SQL Server, XML, JSON, etc.

  • 3+ years experience with designing and supporting data integrations such as SSIS, Mulesoft, etc.

  • 3+ years experience with designing and supporting reporting tools such as MS SSAS and SSRS.

  • MS office tools, and analytics capabilities.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, particularity time management, teamwork, communication and listening skills.

  • Experience with windows server environment in a cloud services (AWS is a plus).

  • Experience working in a small-medium organization.
