Proposal Coordinator The Proposal Coordinator will participate in proposal and presentation project management, writing, organization, editing, layout, production, and delivery. By partnering with internal Project Executives and Business Development Leads, the individual will prepare responses to RFQs, RFPs, and guide the overall strategy for project interviews. This will include the administration of all materials, including interview books, boards, handouts, team cards, and PowerPoint presentations. Additionally, this position is responsible for supporting the Client Relationship Management System, as well as create and maintain internal employee resumes. Required Skills The multi-tasking aspects of this position also cannot be overemphasized.
