The candidate must be a NYS Licensed Occupational Therapist, a Master’s Degree in occupational therapy is required.
The Candidate must have experience working with students receiving special education services. Three years of experience is preferred.
Astor Services is looking for an Occupational Therapist to work in our school! We offer a 12 month program with school calendar and a 6 week summer session. The licensed occupational therapist will provide expertise in occupational therapy and serve as an integral part of our educational team. This individual will provide occupational therapy in a collaborative approach to ensure that student’s individualized needs are met holistically and in accordance with Agency philosophy and policies. They will develop occupational curriculum materials and coordinate their use in delivery of occupational services.
