Job Order: NY1420138 Title: Temporary Accounting Assistant Part time or Full - Time Location: Henrietta NY 14623 - This position can be full-time or part-time, with flexible hours, and is based at our facility in Henrietta, NY (175 Josons Dr, Rochester, NY 14623). - This could be a great opportunity for a college student who is looking for summer employment. - This position may be full-time during school breaks with the potential for part-time during the semester. - Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related majors are preferred; - however, any college students are encouraged to apply. - If you're interested in learning more about this opportunity, Major Duties & Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls and correspondence with customers. - Communicate with internal and external customers regarding credit issues and billing problem resolutions. - Interpret information and requests and resolve and/or escalate issues. - Work with sales organization to facilitate resolution of invoices/account issues or problems. - Review daily invoices and monthly statements. Release and monitor orders on credit hold. - Maintain and update customer files to ensure data integrity in business system. - Identify past due accounts and work with customers and internal sales personnel to resolve problems. - Correspond with customers regarding problems and resolution. - Enter invoices in customers' online portals.
