The Client Engagement Manager is a seasoned business professional who has demonstrated the ability to build senior level relationships and manage large, complex service programs. The Client Engagement Manager provides leadership and direction for the client program, setting and meeting customer objectives for the delivery of Integron services. This position will have single point accountability and responsibility to the customer and Integron leadership for Services Delivery execution and results. Areas of responsibility include the management of all functions within the customer statement of work.

The individual must have the ability to communicate strategic value propositions at the executive level and manage large-scale contract operations in accordance with Integron’s professional standards, while meeting or exceeding client satisfaction and financial targets. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for exceeding customer expectations, be well organized and have a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities

In this key role, the Client Engagement Manager (CEM) will be responsible for achieving engagement profitability and customer satisfaction by structuring and managing projects from the Concept Phase-0 through the Delivery Phase-3. The CEM will enter the engagement in its early stages to help identify and communicate optimal solutions based on a solid appreciation of the client’s business goals and issues, an understanding of the technology and the application of consulting best practices. It is the CEM’s primary responsibility to manage projects to successful completion using standard tools and practices in a matrix organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Establish processes to support an engagement, including project schedules, defining deliverables, assigning resources and reporting requirements.

  • Participate in operational processes related to specific engagements, including staffing, utilization management, forecasting, time and expense management, and billing requirements.

  • Partner with the Sales to complete the Project Scope Document and Change Orders based on project requirements.

  • Validate scope, conduct project kickoff, and project communications with customers and

  • Provide weekly and monthly status reports internally and to the client as needed; at key project milestones and provide project status reports on the effectiveness of the engagement against the baseline plan.

  • Prepare and conduct customer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)

  • Define in advance and secure sign-off on the acceptance criteria for project deliverables, work with the team to establish delivery dates and oversee the review of client deliverables to ensure they meet all client acceptance criteria.

  • Provide oversight for projects and Project Management expertise where required

  • Coordinate and manage internal team member activities so that their deliverables are seamlessly integrated and delivered on a timely basis.

  • Travel to client sites, trade shows and sales prospects as needed (less than 5% travel).


  • 6+ years of Project Management experience in a matrix management environment, with PMP certification or ability to obtain PMP certification within the first year.

  • Has documented success with developing a business strategy and managing complex projects.

  • Exceptional communication skills; presentation, facilitation, oral, written, listening and conflict resolution.

  • Enthusiastic about assuming responsibility and accountability for projects and customer engagements.

  • Flair for evaluating alternatives and deciding on a plan of action.

  • Adept at critical and creative thinking.

  • Leadership abilities, across the client enterprise and in a multiple project environment, which influences clients, team members, and key stakeholders.

  • Ownership mentality

  • Background in Healthcare, remote patient monitoring or clinical trials project management is a plus
