Job Summary: The Facilities Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)

Perform regular inspections of the facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and cleanliness standards that meet oversight body requirements. Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to minor plumbing and general building maintenance. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for facility operations. Monitor facility security and address any security concerns or incidents as they arise. Assist with setting up and arranging rooms for events, meetings, and programs. Perform routine cleaning tasks as needed to maintain a clean and organized environment. Assist with snow removal, salting, landscaping, and other seasonal outdoor maintenance tasks. Provide support to other departments or staff members as needed. Other tasks assigned by Management

Minimum Qualification Standards: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role strongly preferred. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
