Description
The Departments of Psychiatry and Neurology at the University of Rochester Medical Center is seeking a full-time psychologist with an interest in evidence-based clinical service and training in the area of sleep disorders. The successful candidate will have expertise in; evidence-based assessment and treatment of sleep disorders (specifically CBTI), experience in collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and in developing a program of scholarship. The candidate is expected to provide clinical services and contribute to the training of health professionals. Applicants must possess a Ph.D. or Psy.D. in psychology and be immediately eligible for licensure in New York. The candidate is expected to pursue board certification in Behavioral Sleep Medicine within 3 years.

Compensation includes an excellent, nationally competitive base salary, with bonus/moonlighting opportunities, loan forgiveness program, annual CME allotment, and a generous benefits package through the University with a retirement program and tuition benefits.

Must possess a PhD or PsyD in psychology
Must be licensed is a psychologist in NY state prior to start

The referenced pay range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the base range of compensation for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range and established based on (but not limited to) market data, experience and expertise of the individual, and with consideration to related position salaries.
