Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker and contribute to the seamless operation of our production line. In this role, you will be responsible for passing chicken through the production line, reviewing product labels for accuracy, ensuring quality standards, applying seasonings and marinades, and packing completed products for shipment. You will receive comprehensive training in all areas and undergo rotation every 2 hours to enhance your skills and knowledge.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Rochester, New York.

Work Environment

This position is based in the Culinary Innovation Center on the chicken line. The facility maintains a constant temperature of 32 degrees, so comfort in cold environments is essential. We provide additional coats, gloves, and boots for your safety. Be prepared for varying odors related to food production. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. You will be part of a collaborative team of 10-20 members.
