Watermark Retirement Communities is without a doubt the premier senior housing companies in the country. This opportunity is a dream come true for a seasoned senior housing/care operations specialist who wants to join a growing company.
We are currently seeking a Rochester-based managing director to oversee the operations of 9 communities in the Rochester metro area. We are looking for someone to provide great leadership for these communities to maximize their potential. You will support our executive directors and their teams as they provide extraordinary care and services to our residents and make our communities a great place to work. You also need to be well versed in the New York State regulations and have 2 to 5 years in a regional director or similar position in the senior housing industry.

- Multi-Site management experience
- Excellent knowledge of New York State regulations
