Global Services currently have a portfolio of products invested by the firm to better enable our teams for revenue generation and internal efficiencies. RPA Product Consultant will be working as a part of Global Services within Optimization Services to deliver the best in market RPA solutions understanding the business requirements and challenges.

The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a RPA Product Consultant who will be responsible for delivering high-quality RPA Solutions and driving Service Adoption as part of the UiPath Center of Excellence team.

Your key responsibilities

  • Support the product lifecycle including release planning, knowledge creation, used case documentation, product launch and post go-live support.

  • Analyze, understand and document the business processes in detail.

  • Determine RPA best practices and drive improvements on current processes, standards and practices.

  • Drive product marketing and service adoption based on Global Service leadership guidance.

  • Identify, build, implement and market the automation used case templates and scenarios.

  • Proactively manage and escalate risks and issues internally to Global Services Leadership.

  • Design and build RPA training workshops and deliver this at enterprise level.

  • Contribute and maintain our RPA CoE (Center of Excellence) site.

  • Represent Global Services RPA CoE internal discussion boards and providing guidance to internal EY RPA users.

  • Maintain documentation according to firm standards, best practices and standard operating procedures.

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Excellent Communication Skills.

  • UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA).

  • UiPath Code Review and Management Experience.

  • Service Adoption & Service Delivery Experience.

  • Product Ownership Experience.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD)

  • ITIL, CSM or Agile Certification (Will be an added advantage).

What we look for

  • Expert level experience on UiPath RPA Development in Studio and StudioX.

  • Code Review and Version Management experience.

  • UiPath Infrastructure and Hyper-Automation Suite knowledge and experience.

  • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent experience in providing coaching and training in support of creating new innovative RPA solutions.

  • Ability to coordinate across various levels in the organization across multiple locations.

  • Track record of exceptional customer service based on openness, trust, and delivering on promises.

  • Knowledge in service adoption and service delivery methodologies.

  • Experience in owning and delivering RPA products and solutions.

  • Understanding of ITIL & Agile principles.
