Detailed Job Description:
Prepare food items according to standard recipes and departments daily requirements. Ensure proper labeling, dating and rotation of all food items.
Other duties include but are not limited to:
As rotation requires; slice meat and cheese, prepare salads, bake or prepare desserts, sub rolls using standard recipes and production methods.
Prepare all required food items for salad bar.
Assist in supervision of student employees
Set up and break down racks. This includes proper storage, rotation and labeling of food items.
Assist with Take-out orders, bag lunches, and special meals.
Maintain proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work area.

11:00 am - 7:30 pm

Required Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year food preparation or food service experience.

Hours of Work/Shift Requirements :
40 hour per week position, 52 weeks per year.
Work week includes weekend rotation.
Shift will be from 11:15 AM to 7:45 PM.
During summer and non-academic periods, hours may vary.
