TheSenior Data Analyst - Community Health & Wellnessis a creative and analytical problem solver who is passionate about applying their skills and knowledge to novel and nuanced service planning and delivery challenges. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external customers to develop and execute strategies to acquire, analyze, visualize, and interpret data to help shape decision-making and improve service quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

In your role as a Senior Data Analyst - Community Health & Wellness, you will be

  • Participating in and facilitating internal and external customer meetings to help define business needs and establish analytical requirements.

  • Designing strategic data analytic strategies in response to internal and external customer requests.

  • Collaborate with various enterprise-wide teams to support the integration, validation, ingestion, and organization of data from multiple systems with an emphasis on dependability, repeatability, and efficiency, Write and develop the detailed specifications/record layouts and/or workflow diagrams from which reports and extracts will be created.

  • Creating end-user reports, extracting data from source systems, and giving analytic team members training on how to use these reports by developing and writing effective and optimized queries.

  • Interpreting data, analyzing results of data mapping using best practice techniques, data validation reports, and tests of variance.

  • Conducting other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Public Health, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Programming, Business Analytics, or related field is required, with a minimum of 6 years of research and data analytic experience. A Master's Degree with equivalent work experience is preferred.

Additional Requirements

  • Performance management and project management experience are required.

  • Demonstrated seasoned experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, SPSS, and Alteryx, required.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare delivery system is preferred.

  • Understanding of information systems design and configuration is preferred.

  • Experience with behavioral health data and/or electronic health record systems is preferred.

  • Experience in statistical analysis/predictive analytics is preferred.
