SUMMARY:Allpro Parking is seeking seasonal/temporary Customer Service Representatives to work various special events. This is a great opportunity to work for a fun company and make some extra money. Come be a part of the professional difference!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • To successfully complete each parking attendant shift without incident of customer dissatisfaction

  • To maintain assigned parking lot in a manner which provides a safe environment of both customer and personnel.

  • Ensure the safe and controlled traffic flow from the point of entry to the parking space.

  • Be attentive to and assist customers.

  • Be familiar with the parking lots and Stadium.

  • Respond to customer concerns immediately.

  • During shift inspect lot for safety hazards, including open fires.

  • Act as a Customer Service Ambassador by offering a greeting and smile to everyone you come into contact with.

OTHER JOB DUTIES/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Follow all rules and general guidelines as learned in training.

  • Smoking and personal cell phone use is not allowed.

  • Perform special projects when required.

  • Participate in opportunities to advance professional and personal development and growth.

  • Enhance internal communication by sharing knowledge, skills and experience with co-workers.

  • Work under general supervision of the Field Manager.

  • Interact on a regular basis with other Allpro personnel.

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Valid NYS Driver’s License without restrictions.

  • Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience in customer service or a related field.

  • Team player with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated Ability to provide exceptional customer service.

  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

  • Must conform to Allpro’s uniform dress requirements.
