This position is for Summer 2021

Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs.

This position is for students currently enrolled as an undergraduate in your sophomore or junior year.

This position will assist with post-mortgage closing review and accuracy of final title policies and assist with preparation of mortgage closing document packages. This opportunity will allow you to:

  • Gain practical, hands-on learning experiences in all mortgage lending products

  • Learn the process of originating a loan and understand the reason for the required documentation from the borrower to obtain a mortgage

  • Provide support to the Mortgage Processors

  • Interact with partnering departments, understanding the dependencies and how each of the processes intertwine

  • Assisting the department with scanning and filing of mortgage documents.

    Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate in your sophomore or junior year

  • Business major related preference

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred

  • Ability to work independently and in team setting

  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, research, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

  • PC proficient (Word, Excel)

  • Legal authorization to work in the US now and in the future without sponsorship
