JOB DETAILS

Base pay starts at $19.00 per hour, plus $1.00 per hour shift differential.

Night Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM / Monday - Thursday

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Packaging and labeling material for loading and distribution
• Responsible for quality control of finished products
• Working with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment, screw guns
• Using measuring gauges and tape measures
• Communicate with team members to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high-quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials
• Housekeeping and sanitation

• Physical Stamina and Strength
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment
• Safety-First Culture
• Dependable, detail-oriented, hardworking, and self-motivated
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Experience in overhead crane operations is helpful but not required
• Experience with Forklifts helpful but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist

This is a position with the potential overtime. The shifts are 10 hours, and 12 hours long depending on work orders for the day and season of the year.

Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week. **Union programs may vary depending on the collective bargaining agreement.
