Acara Solutions is hiring a Property Maintenance position for our client Horizon Health! A few locations available for hire (Buffalo, NT, Buffalo, Sandborn)
Our Property Maintenance position performs all aspects of property maintenance and fire/safety concerns. It offers a flexible schedule, with personal office space and autonomy. This position includes weekly supervision and an open door policy with a supervisor who ensures personal potential is being met. In addition, the position provides access to a cell phone, 8 paid holidays and much more! This position is location at our 6301 Inducon Drive East, Sanborn, NY campus. It is a full time position; Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM-9:30 PM

General repairs including plumbing, electrical, floor covering, painting and seasonal needs.
Troubleshooting all building systems to proactively maintain building operations
Coordination with vendor and subcontractors
Completes all appropriate paperwork
Takes direction from the Property Manager on issues concerning property management and maintenance. Manages productivity and daily job responsibilities
Performs cleaning, repairing, maintaining, constructing, renovating, demolishing and moving building systems as needed. Ensures that building meets all appropriate compliance.
Performs universal precautions and uses personal protective equipment, follows all OSHA, DOH and building regulations
Performs regulatory building audits, inspections, maintains reports and tracking systems to provide a safe and healthy environment for all clients and staff
Manages a preventative maintenance program for building systems
Provide oversight of all exterior property conditions
Additional duties may be required, but are not limited to the following: renovation projects including alterations of walls, carpentry, drywall, electrical, doors, ceilings, plumbing, floor covering and paint
Communicate effectively and prioritize tasks
Navigate and utilize computer-based work order system
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
