Job Description: The Concession Stand Worker is responsible to provide excellent customer service. Prepares and serves a variety of menu items. Sells items and collects payment and provide correct change to the guests. All Concession Stand Workers will report directly to their locations Concession Stand Captain. Concession Stand Worker is an all-inclusive title for cashiers, bartenders, and food runners (under 18-years old).
Prepares simple menu items.
Sells items, collects payment and makes correct change.
Interact with guests in order to assure customer satisfaction.
Carefully enters all sales into POS system to ensure that all purchases are accurately recorded.
Serves patrons’ food and beverage order quickly in proper portions with a courteous demeanor.
Verifies I.D. on all customers ordering alcohol.
Suggestively sell and up-sell items.
Fulfill all assigned opening and closing duties.
Prepares all food/beverages in-line with company procedures.
Maintains a clean, neat and safe work area.
Interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards, company inventory and cash control procedures.
Participate and train in Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management (T.E.A.M) in order to adhere to state/local and Legends alcohol service policies.
Ability to perform arithmetic operation involving all United States monetary units (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
Applicants must be at least 16 years old (applicants that are 16 or 17 years old will be routed into kitchen/food runner positions).
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Ability to interact positively with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, team orientated setting.
Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions.
Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.
Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, up and down stairs/ramps.
Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including: constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
This a Part Time seasonal position.
