•Prepare menus, including specials for a specific section of the kitchen and snack bar (in season).•Order, prep, and keep stocked the common ingredients for specialty cooking stations, including vegetables, spices, etc.•Follow the guidelines of the head chef in the preparation and presentation of the meals.•Research and create specials and new menu items.•Abide by and enforce health codes and cleanliness standards in the kitchen and food storage areas.•Check for plating accuracy (garnish, portion size, correct serving dish, etc.)Culinary Diploma (or foreign equivalent) + 12 months of experience in job offered OR 12 months of experience as Line Cook
