Paul's Lawn Care, LLC Landscape Laborer in Stillwater, New York
Landscape Laborer - 6 fulltime, temporary, seasonal (H-2B) jobs available 4/1/25 - 12/1/25.
Employer: Paul's Lawn Care, LLC, 3 Durham Road, Stillwater, NY 12170.
Duties: The landscape laborers will be responsible for all phases of landscape maintenance and weekly lawn service. This will include mowing, weed-whacking, raking, shoveling, trimming, blowing, edging, install/pruning/trimming of trees and bushes, grading, laying down mulch/topsoil, hydroseeding, seasonal clean-ups. Wheeling barrels of mulch and topsoil. Use an array of hand tools and gas-powered tools, including mowers, string trimmers, air blowers, shears. Ability to lift 40-80 lbs regularly.
Employer to provide transportation to and from worksites in Saratoga, Albany, Schenectady, and Rensselaer counties of New York from designated pick up location: 3 Durham Road, Stillwater, NY 12170.
No education required. 3 months experience required.
Work hours: Mon-Fri (Sat work required, when necessary), 7am-4pm; 40 hours/week at $19.82 to $23.25/hour. OT at $29.73 to 34.88/hour. Raises and/or bonuses may be paid at employer discretion based on performance, skill tenure.
Optional housing may be provided upon availability.
A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.
Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.88/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
