The primary role of the Habilitation Coordinator is to ensure that all habilitative plans for individuals receiving services are followed. In this role, the Habilitation Coordinator will ensure that the health and safety needs of the service participants are being met.
Venture Together, Inc. is a private non-profit organization that provides support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We offer residential, day, community habilitation, respite and employment services, an equestrian program as well as an integrated summer camp. EOE
Agency Minimum Requirements
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets the agency’s insurance company driving standards. Must successfully participate in Orientation and pass all required testing.

Habilitation Coordinator – Creative Venture
JOB SUMMARY
The primary role of the Habilitation Coordinator is to ensure that all habilitative plans for individuals receiving services are followed. In this role, the Habilitation Coordinator will ensure that the health and safety needs of the service participants are being met. The Habilitation Coordinator will work closely with Senior Habilitation Instructors and Direct Support Professionals, providing training and support, so that the identified goals for each service recipient are being addressed appropriately and safely. The Habilitation Coordinator performs a wide variety of tasks that involve both encouraging and guiding individuals with developmental disabilities to identify and reach their own unique goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum one year of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities.
Possess strong oral and written communication skills, as well as leadership skills.
Experience in the field of education and in writing individualized plans, a plus.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Monday – Friday: 8:00 am- 4:00 pm
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
