605 Account Management Intern in Syosset, New York
605 is an independent TV measurement and analytics firm that offers advertising and content measurement, full-funnel attribution, media planning, optimization and analytical solutions. The 605 Summer 2023 Internship Program is a ten week program, running from June 5th to August 11th. Interns for this program will be based out of our Syosset, NY office and will be expected to be in the office at least 2 days per week.

The Account Management Intern will support the day-to-day needs of the Account Management team, helping execute client engagements. Under the guidance of senior account managers, this role is responsible for communication with clients and aids in ensuring deliverables to clients are sent on time and to standard. This role will also provide support to product-based clients, ensuring that our technical product support systems are operating smoothly.
The Associate Account Manager will maintain accounts with and without supervision and will work with relevant internal teams, including Sales, Operations, Product, and Analytics to scope and develop client engagements and ensure client goals are met. The Associate Account Manager will be responsible for keeping communication and SLAs organized to ensure that the Account Management team is lined up for success.
Specific responsibilities include:
Provide support to 605 clients by managing communication, pulling reports, and coordinating cross-functionally internally to address client needs
Maintain and update internal account tracking tools
Work with Solutions Consulting to ensure projects are smoothly kicked off
Ensure projects are delivered to an appropriate standard and to specification
Ensure client health is and remains positive by supporting senior account managers
Serve as a product expert and provide product training to clients
Provide product support both internally and externally by relaying client issues and feedback and ensuring communication is open and rapid
Work with vendors as needed in the development of solutions for clients
Identify opportunities to upsell clients on future engagements
Undergraduate Studies in Advertising/Marketing/Communication or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent multi-tasking, prioritization and organization skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Very organized and process oriented
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and Google Tools
