The Talent Acquisition Partner is a passionate and driven talent acquisition leader who will partner effectively with senior stakeholders across the company to develop, drive, and executive a best-in-class recruiting strategy. This individual must be passionate about finding top talent and building strong, highly productive teams. The Talent Acquisition Partner will drive the Company's talent acquisition strategy for our growing teams across all offices. In addition, this role will assist in developing and promoting 605’s culture both internally and externally.


  • Serve as a 605 brand ambassador by promoting our company and culture to all candidates and gathering relevant data to continually improve our overall process.

  • Drive the recruiting process for all departments from end to end including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, coordinating screenings and interviews, and assisting with candidate evaluations.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand department needs, where and why we should invest recruiting capabilities, and to develop detailed profiles of target candidates.

  • Proactively source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, university career fairs, licensed tools, and innovative research tactics.

  • Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies.

  • Execute seamless candidate onboarding including new hire orientation and coordinating new hire announcements.

  • Manage relationships with external recruiting firms by serving as the point of contact as well as providing metrics and evaluation to senior management to measure effectiveness.

  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, including communicating with candidates professionally with immediate responsiveness.

  • Work with internal employee diversity committee to design, develop and implement innovative diversity and inclusion programs to support the organization’s strategic goals and bolster recruiting efforts.


  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 3 years of recruiting experience required, with at least 2 of technical recruiting experience preferred.

  • Consistent track record of sourcing, recruiting, and closing top technical talent for senior level roles preferred.

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience interpreting data and using it to guide hiring decisions.

  • Ability to partner with senior level business leaders and seasoned professional candidates.

  • Keen interest on cultivating a diverse workforce.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws related to recruiting and hiring.

  • Experience with ATS.
