Overview

We are currently seeking a full-time seasonal Administrator for a need that will run approximately early February, 2021 through April 15, 2021 in our Syracuse, New York Office.

Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Assist in the preparation, proofreading, editing, and processing of documents in order to produce error-free work
Assist with the processing of tax returns, extensions, estimates, notices, etc.
Paper and electronic filing of client information; maintenance of filing systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Able to handle and manage multiple priorities
Dependability is critical

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
2+ years experience of relevant experience
Excellent time management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing
Ability to multi-task, take direction, but also work independently
Superior level of accuracy in work and attention to detail
Knowledge of typical office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques, and office equipment, as well as business English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Strong customer service skills are essential
Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite inclusive of Outlook

Hours of Operation
Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Our summer hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to noon on Friday.
The ability to work additional hours during busy season is critical, but the rest of the year, flexibility is key.
