  • Schedule: Monday - Friday starting at 7 AM

Job Description

The District Manager is responsible for the supervision and development of a team of sales, delivery and merchandising personnel and is accountable for all Coca-Cola business within a defined geographic area.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales execution in local, regional and national accounts within assigned segment and territory

  • Lead sales organization to identify opportunities, establish goals and objectives and deliver on plan

  • Track and report progress to ensure programs are being executed and goals are achieved

  • Meet with and deliver sales presentations to key customers, assisting Account Managers with maintaining relationships, negotiating, and closing deals

  • Build long-term profitable relationships with key customers, communicating with them about company policies, industry insights, new product/package launches and promotions

  • Coach and lead a team of direct reports while ensuring a culture of learning and development

  • Foster a fun results driven work environment that achieves its results in a safe, professional and ethical manner

  • Communicate expectations while creating an environment of accountability and continuous improvement of daily execution

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 3+ years of relevant sales experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills

  • Excellent planning and organization skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
