The Loan Processor reviews, awards, and adjusts federal and private loan applications for an annual loan volume of 250M. They also resolve Pell grant and loan discrepancies and reconciles frequently to ensure appropriate aid is received by the University in a timely manner. The Loan Processor processes graduate applications, summer aid applications, Winterlude grants, and TEACH grants. Responds to loanmail, IM's, and phone requests for assistance and troubleshooting of loan issues, providing guidance and counseling as appropriate. They also provide training to staff members that also award and adjust grants and loans as well as create, updates, and maintains procedures for online reference manual.
