Syracuse University Part-Time Faculty: CHE 275 Organic Chemistry I Summer 2024 in Syracuse, New York
The Chemistry Department is seeking a part-time instructor to teach CHE 275 Organic Chemistry I Lecture, May 20, 2024 – June 28, 2024. The class meets in person Monday-Thursday 10:00am-11:45am.
The course’s structure and material are the same as a traditional semester but in an accelerated timeline. Topics include the chemistry of carbon compounds, nomenclature, structure, stereochemistry, and properties and are introduced to organic reactions and mechanisms.
The instructor will be supported by being provided syllabus templates and assistance related to exam preparation and assignments. Office staff aid with class logistics and student organization.
