Note: The hourly rate for this position is $28 - $30 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

  • Install doors, windows, cabinetry, and other fixtures as specified in remodeling plans.

  • Perform finishing tasks to include trim work, molding installation, and sanding to achieve a polished look.

  • Assess and repair damaged structures or fixtures as needed during the remodeling process.

  • Assist in selecting appropriate materials for each project based on durability, aesthetics, and budget.

  • Safely remove existing structures, fixtures, and finishes as part of the remodeling process.

  • Construct and install frameworks for walls, floors, and ceilings according to project plans.

    Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in commercial remodeling carpentry.

  • Completion of a relevant finish carpentry training program and/or apprenticeship.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and practices to maintain a safe work environment and prevent accidents.

  • OSHA 10 Construction Safety Certification.

  • Familiarity with hand and power tools, including saws, drills, nail guns, and measuring instruments.
