Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Summer-Fall 2022 Co-op – Clinical Trial Patient Innovation (Tarrytown, NY Region) in Tarrytown, New York

Project Description

This position would be a part of the Patient Innovation Team in Tarrytown, NY. The Patient Innovation Team is focused on identifying and researching mobile technologies and devices that can support the objective data measurement of digital endpoints for use in clinical trials across various therapeutic areas, including: Inflammation and Immunology, Cardiovascular and Metabolism, Oncology, etc. This co-op will work closely and support the Patient Innovation leads in planning, designing, developing hypotheses, conducting pilot studies (internally and externally), concept testing, analyzing wearable sensor data, and presenting research to internal stakeholders.

The co-op will be responsible for various research and support activities related to the development of digital endpoints including: heavy focus on literature and publication review and the development and maintenance of a research and development digital endpoint library, supporting the development of protocols (clinical trials and pilots), development of wearable training materials for sites and patients, as well as other duties related to the development, launch, and maintenance of wearable sensors and technologies in internal and external studies.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree (and be returning to school the semester following the co-op). A cumulative GPA of 3.0 is preferred. Must be able to commit to 40 hours per week from May/June to December 2022. Demonstrated leadership in areas such as campus activities, clubs, sports, current or previous work, or the community is also preferred.
