Landscape Laborer - 4 fulltime, temporary, seasonal (H-2B) jobs available 4/1/25-11/30/25.

Employer: Dutchess Landscapes LLC, 6 Elizabeth Drive, Tivoli, NY 12583.

Duties: Lifting and moving block and pavers, digging, planting (trees, shrubs and annual beds), mowing, trimming, cutting, raking, cleaning, mulching, unloading and loading supplies and materials.

Employer to provide transportation free of costs to and from worksites in Columbia and Dutchess counties from designated location: 6 Elizabeth Dr., Tivoli, NY 12583.

Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-430pm; 40 hours/week at $21.87/hour. OT 0-10 hours at $32.81/hr.

No education required, 2 months experience required.

A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Tuesday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.

Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

Employer offers housing with utilities for $75/Week. 1 Week Vacation.

H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.88/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
