Aerotek Service Manager in Troy, New York

Job Title: Service Manager

Job Description

As a Service Manager, you will be entrusted with leading and managing the customer service team. Your responsibilities include developing strategies and plans to deliver customer service efficiently and effectively, being the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance, support, and problem-solving solutions. You will oversee the daily operations of the service/repair department, ensuring all customer service needs are met professionally and promptly. Additionally, you will develop and implement procedures for service operations, monitor parts and materials inventory, maintain relationships with vendors, ensure compliance with all laws and regulations, train, coach, and motivate service personnel, and develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction. You will also track and report on service metrics and ensure that safety protocols are followed at all times.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Troy, New York.

Work Environment

This role operates in a shop environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in varying temperatures, coping with heat during summer months and cold during winter. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
