This internship is a part ofCONMED TALENT LAUNCH- a hands on, immersive program designed to provide students with the exposure, experience and development needed to launch a successful career at CONMED. The CONMED Human Resources Information Services (HRIS) Team is dedicated to identifying, developing, and managing best in class solutions to meet the needs of the growing CONMED business.This includesensuringthe integrity and maintenance of employee data within all HR systems,driving data-drivencompliance and decision-making and developing integratedanddetailed operating procedures.We are seeking an analyticalandsolution-orientedIntern to join our team during Summer 2023.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student seeking a robust internship related to human resources, HRIS at a growing international medical device company.

TheHuman ResourcesIntern will be responsible for completing a major projectfocused on HRIS, as follows:
Strategize, Plan, Test, and Implement HR System improvements which add or enhance functionality for our managers and employees.
Complete change control communicating the additions or enhancements to employees.
Complete afinal presentation whichwill summarize the completed project and return on investment for CONMED.

Position Requirements:
Pursuing completion of a bachelors ormaster'sdegree in a related field, such asMath, Business, Economics, SociologyorPsychology
Statistical analysis courseworkpreferred
Excellent writing and critical thinking skillspreferred
Willingness to learn and absorb constructive criticismpreferred
Must be available to workremotely,Monday - Friday throughout the summer internship program (May 22 - July 28, 2023)

Disclosure as required by applicable law, the hourly pay rate for this position is $15.00 to $27.00. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The salary range is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting.
